A book fair will be held in school on Wednesday and Thursday. Books will be on sale in the Library. Most books will be priced between £4-£10, however there will be some as low as just £1. The event is run by Derek Harrison of Primary Books, and there are over 600 titles from the very best authors and illustrators available.

During the day, all classes will have the chance to visit the Library to listen to a story and look at the books. They can purchase books on the spot, or reserve them. The fair will remain open after school to provide everyone with an opportunity to view and make selections, or to pay for reserved books.

The £1 world book day vouchers can still be used, either for specially commissioned WBD books, or as part payment toward any other book over £2.99.

The school Library will receive free books as commission on every book sold, so please support this event and encourage your child’s enjoyment of reading.
