SEND Teaching and Learning Partner (TLP)

full time (30 hours per week)

Salary SCP 3 – 4 Term Time Only


The Priestley Academy Trust is a group of six Primary Schools within the Manningham area of Bradford. We are a dedicated and hardworking Trust and we aim to be at the forefront of new initiatives to raise standards and broaden the range of experiences for our pupils. We are now seeking to employ an experienced individual to work at Margaret McMillan Primary in order to complement the existing team. This is a fulltime post, working 30 hours per week.

The main purpose of the job is to:

  • Support children with SEND to access their learning either on a 1:1 or small group basis. As such the post if fixed term, linked to SEND funding.

The successful applicants will:

  • Hold a GCSE C/ NVQ level 2 / HNC or equivalent in English and mathematics.
  • Be well organised, enthusiastic and flexible.
  • Be passionate about young people and committed to providing the best experiences for their education.
  • Enjoy working with a supportive and experienced leadership team and dedicated, friendly staff.
  • Be part of a positive and supportive school community who put children at the heart of all we do.
